Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has announced the start of the fifth stage of expansion of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai (UAE), during a ceremony that was attended by executives of Dubai Holding and heads of state.
The expansion project consists of adding a luxury resort to the existing Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with 350 apartments, which offer panoramic views of the beach in front of the complex.
Among the amenities offered by this project are the inclusion of an area of private beach, recreational activities in the marina, spas, fitness centers, tennis courts and a complex for the practice of various sports, along with an extensive offering of food and drink .
Plans for the extension of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel are part of a strategy by Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum to strengthen the city as one of the world’s most visited attractions and position the UAE as the first destination in the world tourism.
